DrugFree Wilco had a website, but it was a classic case of “too many cooks in the kitchen.” Built by a well-meaning person using a generic page builder and dozens of conflicting plugins, the site was:

• Critically Slow: Loading times were driving away mobile users.
• Hard to Manage: The backend was a maze of settings that made simple updates impossible.
• Technically Fragile: Plugin bloat created security vulnerabilities and frequent “breaks.”

I stripped away the heavy page builders and external dependencies. I built a bespoke WordPress theme specifically for their content needs.

Mid-South Psychiatric Services (MSPS) is a vital healthcare provider that, until recently, had no digital presence. In a field where trust and accessibility are paramount, they lacked a central hub where patients could easily access assessment forms, check insurance compatibility, or find clear contact information.

Starting from a blank slate, I developed a custom WordPress site designed to feel as calm and professional as their physical office. Patient-First Functionality: I integrated a prominent Assessment Form directly on the homepage, allowing new patients to start their journey instantly without needing to call and request paperwork. Administrative Efficiency: Added a “Pay Your Bill” portal and a dedicated Insurance section to reduce phone inquiries and streamline office operations. Responsive Design: Ensured the site looks and functions perfectly on everything from an iPhone to a desktop monitor, which is crucial for patients seeking care on the go.

YCMIHOC provides critical services for first-time homebuyers, but their digital presence was holding them back. While the original site was functional, the owner faced a major hurdle: unreliability. Simple updates took weeks to process due to a non-responsive developer. In a fast-moving real estate and education market, waiting weeks for a change is a lost opportunity.

I rebuilt the YCMIHOC site from the ground up with two goals: Speed and Independence. Performance Overhaul: Eliminated legacy bloat to ensure fast loading for users on mobile data. Class Automation: Integrated a custom registration and payment system. Instead of manual back-and-forth, students can now view schedules for Clarksville, Nashville, and Smyrna, register, and pay in one seamless flow. Developer Accessibility: I provided a clean, documented backend and established a reliable communication line, ensuring the owner is never “left in the dark” again.

PC4S is a non-profit that serve Rutherford County in creating a safe and healthy community where children surpass their potential. They’re well-organized, but for a long time, something was missing a real home online. Without a website, they were juggling Facebook posts, flyers, and word-of-mouth to share updates that often couldn’t wait. It worked, but barely.

So I built them one. From scratch.

The tricky part was structure. They had years of programs, projects, and resources scattered in folders and PDFs. We pulled it all together into a clear system that people could actually navigate.

We also set up a way to keep things current. A live calendar for events, training, and community meetings. It made the site feel alive instead of static. And because many people visiting are in tough situations and on their phones, we made sure the site loads fast and works flawlessly on mobile.

Now, their site does more than look good. It’s how they run things. They don’t lose time chasing down flyers or duplicate posts. Their information stays reliable, their presence feels solid, and their community knows where to turn when they need help.
